Solo Builders is led by Josh Boyarsky who has been working in real estate and construction since 2005.  Josh is deeply passionate about helping his clients turn their ideas into reality.  In 2014, he founded Solo Builders LLC.  The concentration of our work is primarily in the tri-state area. 

Solo Builders has three essential core values: evaluating and incorporating the ideas of our clients, completing jobs punctually, and staying within our clients’ budget.  Of course, exceptional work and integrity are extremely important, but without these three principles, there is a small likelihood for a company to be productive and for clients to be entirely satisfied.  We visit and inspect all our sites multiple times a day, confirming that our core values are being upheld, in order for our clientele to receive the best possible version of their dream houses.  Another aspect of the home building process in which we believe to be paramount is that while a house we built should be aesthetically pleasing, it should also be structurally sound.  A home should not only be of the highest quality in terms of looks, but also in terms of its infrastructure, making sure it will have a lasting sturdiness.
